Delete my data

We delete your child's details and book files automatically 90 days after delivery, and unfinished previews after 30 days. You can ask us to delete them sooner at any time.

Fastest: once your book has shipped, open the link in your order email and choose "Delete my data".

Or send a request below. We'll confirm by email to the address you used, then delete within 30 days (usually much sooner). We keep payment records the law requires us to keep.
