These terms apply when you buy from Bibi's Story, run by MCP Electrical Services Pty Ltd (ABN MCP Electrical Services Pty Ltd). Nothing in them limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Your order
Each book is made to order using the details you enter. You confirm that you are the child's parent or guardian and that the details are yours to give. Please check the preview and the review screen carefully: we print exactly what you approve. After you pay, you have 2 hours to fix typos from your order page before the book goes to print.
Prices
Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST and delivery within Australia. We sometimes test different prices, so the price you see may differ from the price someone else sees or from a later price. The price you pay is the price shown when you check out.
Payment
Payment is taken in full at checkout through Stripe. We don't charge card surcharges.
Delivery
We deliver within Australia only. See shipping and returns for timeframes. Delivery dates are estimates.
Personalised goods and returns
Because each book is personalised, we can't offer refunds or returns if you simply change your mind, or for mistakes in details you approved. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law still apply: if your book is faulty, damaged in transit, or not what we described, we'll repair, replace or refund it as the law requires.
Digital copy
Your digital copy is for personal, family use. Please download it: we delete it 90 days after delivery as part of our privacy promise.
Our content
The story text, illustrations and design are owned by us or licensed to us. Illustrations are AI-assisted and were reviewed and approved by a person.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any loss is limited to replacing the book or refunding the price you paid. This does not exclude any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
