Where we ship
Anywhere in Australia. We don't ship overseas yet.
How long it takes
We hold each order for 2 hours so you can fix a typo, then send it to our printer. Books are usually printed within about 5 working days [VERIFY with Prodigi AU lab], then posted. Metro deliveries typically take a further 2 to 5 working days, and regional and remote areas can take longer [VERIFY from sandbox shipping estimates]. You'll get an email with tracking when it ships.

Packaging
Your book is posted in protective packaging with no prices inside, so it's ready to give as a gift.
If something's wrong
If your book arrives damaged, has a printing fault, or isn't what you ordered, email tyler@mcpelec.com.au with your order number and a photo within 30 days. We'll reprint it or refund you, at no cost to you. You don't usually need to send the damaged book back.
If your parcel hasn't arrived within the expected time, contact us and we'll chase it with the carrier.
Change of mind
Each book is personalised for your child, so we can't accept change-of-mind returns or refund mistakes in details you approved. Please check the review screen carefully, and use the 2-hour window after ordering to fix any typo. This doesn't affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
